“I started coming here last year when I needed an emergency eye doctor's appointment and my old doctor no longer took my insurance. Dr. Jennifer Lin is friendly, thorough, and explains things well. The staff here are all very nice and competent, doing their best to provide everyone with the best service. When you buy prescription glasses from here, they don't just hand it to you once the glasses arrive. They'll have you try it on so they can verify the fit. My first pair came back a little off centered and they sent it back to get it fixed.“

I have been blowing off going to the eye doctor for a few years, opting instead to do one of the simple vision confirmation through a well marketed contact distributor, just to get contacts, if I had known how easy and wonderful it was to visit Dr. Mann, I would have come much sooner! Her office was lovely, easy to find, lots of parking, clean, the staff was wonderful and the equipment was so high tech! This was the most enjoyable eye appointment I have ever had. “Had a great experience with them for years until I was forced to accept a newer doctor one day. My doctor wasn't changing practices and they asked if I would prefer to keep him (to which I said yes!) before they told me they were transferring me anyway to another doctor. The assistant informing me also said it rudely. I'd been a good customer, paid all my bills, never canceled appointments, was easy to deal with, etc, so this was disappointing and I decided to change practices. I did have a great experience for many years so I'll still rate them four stars, but the ending was disappointing.“

“Dr. Wong is the best. He really cares for his patients and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly. My whole family (myself, husband and 2 kids) go to him and he's great with the kids also. I once had an emergency and he was kind enough to meet us at his office with zero notice on a Saturday night. We've never waited more than a few minutes for an appointment and his office staff is also very nice and responsive. He's got a good selection of eyewear brands and also helped me to choose which sunglasses would fit my face the best. 1000% recommend this business and Dr. Wong.“
