Jeremy was very professional. He explained the pros and cons of the outside drainage repair he was going to perform. He cleared a section of drain with his hydrojet and attempted to lay new drainpipe to circumvent some large roots blocking the drain. He kept us informed on his progress. Unfortunately, the blockage was too large so we will have to replace a much longer section of the drainpipe at another time.
Matthew was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond helping us with our kitchen sink. He was extremely thorough, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on, what caused the issue, what he was doing to fix it, and what we could do going forward to help prevent problems in the future.
