“I just had a very good experience with Arrow Plumbing. I had been very stressed trying to get an estimate to get my toilet flange removed so I could install a new toilet myself . The original was not installed correctly years ago with no concrete below it in subfloor and an unlevel flange to boot. I was getting crazy over the phone estimates without anyone willing to come out in person to look at it. Finally, I called Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael and spoke to their office person, Stacie. She maintained her pleasant manner throughout even with me getting a bit cranky from previously built up frustrations trying to get other plumbers to come out. She sent Steve out who was just what I expected or at least hoped for in a plumber. He shared his knowledge and explained in detail which gave me confidence that I could take care of the issue myself without replacing the flange. I live close to their shop and they didn't charge a fee to come out but not sure if that is the case if you live further away. With my old plumber retiring, I now have Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael to take his place.“

“The condo I rent from my dear friend has a less popular hvac system, hydro something or another. It was leaking water onto the carpet around the filter/vent area. They were the first company after many I've attempted that services this type of system. So lucky they were able to come out same day, they even made it to my place a few mins sooner than I can get home. Super nice technicians and duper efficient! They left me with preventative measures to keep up annually.. turns out to be a tough clog they had to blow out with pressure. Followed up with Christine at the office immediately after. I'll definitely pass along the experience with my landlord, we'll keep them on our maintenance roster and refer, refer, refer anytime!!“
