“I became the home owner of a house I had been renting and I needed some repairs to my pipes and a leak detection valve installed. I was not knowledgeable in what would need to be done and was not surprised when someone came out and looked at what I had and quoted me twice as much due to the pipes needing to be updated and fitted correctly. I felt the quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.

My rating should be more of a 3.5 star rating and all of that goes towards the tech who showed up and did the work. I was on a time crunch for installation with my home insurance and multiple appointments got cancelled with as little as 5 minute notice. I’m glad I had a family member here to help instead of taking time off work or else it would have been even more of a disaster. Making an appointment was easy but getting them to show up was incredibly difficult.

That said, when they did show up the work was done quick and was done well and the tech Manuel was incredibly helpful with getting the device set up and explaining how to use it. I was very satisfied with the work he did and him taking the time to explain some things.

So in summary.. reliability 0/5 stars, work 5/5 stars, tech friendliness 5/5 stars. I’d say 3.5 stars overall but since I can’t do half a star I rounded it up.“
