After finding them on Yelp, I had a promising conversation with Leo, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. True to their word, the technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and we began to address the issue with my air conditioner. The technician accidentally miscommunicated the price of the procedure with me, although at the time, I did not know he had miscommunicated. I agreed to the fee. After the procedure was completed, he told me I owed him $125.00 more than what we agreed upon. To make a long story short, he told me sorry, but that is the charge. I didn't want to argue, so I wrote a check for the fee he was asking for. After the incident with the technician, I reached out to the ATA office. I had the pleasure of speaking with Leo, who not only understood my situation but also went above and beyond to resolve it. Despite my insistence on paying the originally agreed-upon fee, Leo insisted on providing the service at no charge, demonstrating the exceptional customer service ATA is known for. “In early August 2025 our AC condenser failed. I called the original installer (Not BANNER) who located a field rat in the condenser that chewed many wires and got electrocuted (see the attached image). The original installer (Not BANNER) indicated we had $6,000 of damage (see the attached image). I called BANNER, spoke with Abbey (owner) who came out the same day with a team of three technicians and BANNER was able to change all the wiring harnesses in 1.5 hours for $650. The damages went from $6,000 via the original installer, to $650 with BANNER. Banner are fantastic. In the middle of the 100 degree August heat wave they fixed our issue the same day, and for a very reasonable, very fair price for parts & labor. Thank you Abbey and Team.“

“These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“
