It was a more complicated job as a result and we were extremely happy with the results at a very reasonable price. I also appreciated that the person I spoke to on the phone was the same person who showed up to do the work and it wasn't subcontracted to someone who didn't care about the job. “Technician from NRG arrived December 21st. He was respectful, answered questions gave a good explanation of services done. One issue happened after he left in which the unit wouldn't turn off & could not be controlled from the Thermostat inside the house. Upon calling NRG they placed me in contact with the tech and he returned immediately and fixed the issue. A willingness to come back and fix issues with their work is why I ultimately chose this company to install the HVAC system last year and that was demonstrated on this job.“
