“I wish I had found you earlier. My furnace & air were installed by a company who came recommended. "I wish I never used them" The previous company & another were giving me a run around not answering calls. Anyway I found Aeris through Google search. Man the moment I called I spoke with Natalie. An angel sent from heaven. She listened to the situation I had. My mother is residing with me elderly. I was in desperate need of heath for night. She went above & beyond to send Paulino to diagnose the problem same day. Since I had to be on the field next day. He immediately saw the previous company had intentionally shut off the gas so we get desperate and call them back. We spoke with Marvin on face time. He explained what I needed & what they were going to do by the book. This guys a A+ PROS. They made me feel at relaxed. They did not even try to intimidate like everyone else does. “We are working on a new construction house and wanted a certified American Standard dealer / technician to evaluate the job that had been done and the equipment we would need. Dean ( the prez) came out from Killowatt (within one hour of my phoning him) . He spent a full hour evaluating every nuance of the job / and flagged elements that turned out to be missing and critically important. He was truly knowledgeable and solved so many problems that I am truly grateful . And then he waived the nominal consulting fee we had agreed to in advance of his visit . “Ok so I had Oscar of AC KINGS assist me in the past as he was highly recommended. Everything went well. Recently, I had an emergency with a tenant occupied sfr. The AC condenser went down. It was 96 degrees and they had a 15 month old baby. Not only did Oscar take my call but he juggled his busy schedule to take care of this. He was there working until 9pm with his crew the next night! Everything got done and was done right and professionally. The level of customer care and professional services were 2nd to none.
