“My A/C system of 21 years needed to be replaced. Ben / Air Pro Heating on was one of the 3 to 4 companies I contacted. From the day he quoted to when it was installed, it was 3 days! There were over 25 companies in the area, but based on the reviews, not many had experience installing new HVAC systems. Ben was one of the few who did. He provided quotes for two different systems, and I noticed that his labor warranty was far better than the rest. Ben responded to all my inquiries and questions promptly, even on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. He gave his honest opinion on the ductwork instead of just quoting a replacement. I found him to be very professional in all aspects. Since I needed the new installation done ASAP due to the September heat wave in SoCal, Ben came to my home on Labor Day to perform the pre-inspection.
