I have been attending various classes here over the past few years and it’s time I give them a shout out! All the staff and yogis are friendly and encouraging. I started as a beginner, attending maybe 1-2 yoga classes and never hot yoga. Each instructor has their own style and tips, which I find helpful in my growth. They are always available for questions and assistance. My favorite classes are hot Pilates, hot yoga, and yin but there’s truly a class for everyone here! I just found this place last month, and I already feel at home when I'm there. It is clean, peaceful, and the instructors are awesome. They currently have a newcomer special for $25 bucks, you can take any classes you want for a week. I highly recommend anybody to check it out.

If you are a casual yoga fan and above the age of 40, this is your spot. They are super sweet and have very organized routines that don't seem to sway week to week. It's a very calm and peaceful experience. I just prefer my yoga experience to be a little more intense with variation class to class and with more modern music and lighting. This studio also does a great job of ventilation and smelling good after every class
