I've tried many martial arts studios across San Diego and this place offered the best variety of styles and techniques. The staff is very kind and down to Earth and genuinely care about their students. Great for all ages and body types.

I’m so thankful the stars aligned and I stumbled upon this place. My son did taekwondo when he was younger and it really helped shape the incredible human he is today. At 15 I felt it would be life changing for him to get reacquainted with martial arts for body, mind, and soul. We’ve been coming for a few months now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Sifu Mario is a great teacher; very thorough and patient! In a world full of madness this has been an amazing place for my son to move his body and grow as a young man. So grateful!

My son started with 5 Elements when they offered it at his school as an after school program. He loved instructor Nathan, and loved doing Kung Fu! Nathan personally reached out to me and let me know that he thought my son would benefit from joining classes on a regular basis at the studio. I spoke to him about my son having issues focusing and sitting still in class (he was 5 at the time) and he said Kung Fu would be perfect for him. He has been doing Kung Fu for almost 4 years now and his behavior, concentration, and focus have improved so much. We love all of the instructors there.
