“I used Urgent Care at their dowtown location on a Sunday. First, I went early in the morning and saw a long line of people waiting. On the phone I was told 10-15 min, but when I arrived I waited 30 minutes, then was told another 30-45. I went home, watched the wait times on their website during the day and decided I'd go shortly before they closed, which was the perfect time, especially since my problem wasn't severe. They are ALWAYS cheerful and so very nice. The nurse and doctor were both efficient and each explained every step in detail so there were no surprises. If you need care, this is the place to go. Free parking in addition!“

“My husband Mel has been recently using the services at Concentra. I went with him to one of his appoints. The lobby was full and we were sure the wait would be long. Surprisingly the team was very efficient and professional and he was seen right away. The front staff Alvira and Rudy did a great job. Dr Lawrence was awesome. He explained the process and was informative which made us feel better about the appt. My physical therapist Derrick De La Rosa was super skilled and did a great job.
