Something that really grind my gears is the fact that even when you answer to the question: do you or anyone in your household has a disability? Yes
They don’t ask you what type of disability you have, to give you accommodations based on your disability, they expect everyone to be “normal” what is the point of asking that information if the doctor is never going to read it in order to understand better the patient’s needs.

San Ysidro Health is a rare place where the doctors actually listen to you and help you how you need to be helped. They are not like the ones that only give you five minutes. They actually research your health files and care about it.

I will work hard to stay with them because they are so good.
