Radiologist Cesar was chatting with the office staff at the xray counter while having my husband waiting for over an hour just because he asked to be seen a bit earlier since there was no other patients waiting, they got mad because my husband kept asking to be seen since there was no other person in the waiting room but they didn't even honor the actual time of his appointment and kept telling him to wait longer and longer until he decided to leave the office.

Hello, I had to cancel this appointment because I showed up 10 minutes late due to no parking and coming from spring valley after asking my mom to watch my kids and the receptionist still wouldnt see me because It was 4:10. This is why moms neglect their own health because there is no grace period for family emergencys. Looking like I will no longer continue because I wont be driving down to chula vista from spring valley for terrible customer service. Thanks anyway the adjustments would have been very benificial to my health but san ysidro health Chula vista got in the way of that. Wouldnt give them 0 stars if i could.

This review is for San Ysidro Urgent Care Center, located on 3rd Avenue next to Sprouts Chula Vista.Even though their closing time is 8 pm, they close way before hours. I got there an hour before closing, and the doors were open, but no patients anywere to be seen. I thought it was strange since urgent care here is always full. I approached the desk, and the lady said they were closed. I told her there was still an hour before 8 p.m., but she said she couldn't take my daughter because all the rooms were already occupied.
