“Prompt, professional, and very helpful. I booked on the phone for a 6pm Friday visit, showed up at 5:30 to an empty waiting room. I was immediately admitted, processed by the nurse, and seen by a doctor within minutes. The staff members were kind and patiently answered all my questions. Out with a diagnosis and a plan within half an hour. Best urgent care experience I've ever had!“
“I used Urgent Care at their dowtown location on a Sunday. First, I went early in the morning and saw a long line of people waiting. On the phone I was told 10-15 min, but when I arrived I waited 30 minutes, then was told another 30-45. I went home, watched the wait times on their website during the day and decided I'd go shortly before they closed, which was the perfect time, especially since my problem wasn't severe. They are ALWAYS cheerful and so very nice. The nurse and doctor were both efficient and each explained every step in detail so there were no surprises. If you need care, this is the place to go. Free parking in addition!“

“I can't thank these folks enough. They brought me piece of mind when my pup fell suddenly ill one Monday evening. Everyone I spoke with was polite and patient, this stood out to me as I was already anxious for my fur baby. They maintained transparency throughout the process and worked with me to find more affordable options for emergency care. I was impressed at the level of communication and honesty throughout the whole experience. What beautiful people. Not outrageously priced for emergency veterinary care. “This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had. I am SOOO grateful for Scripps Clinic Urgent Care... I was so ill and they made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. They are extremely efficient as well- I was seen right away, and got in and out within an hr.They have reclining chairs in the waiting lobby, which is so helpful if you need to "lie down" while waiting.The nurses got me blankets to make me comfortable and were so attentive and kind. Dr.Huynh was seriously the best! I wish he could be my primary. He was so knowledgeable, to the point, and efficient. He truly cares about his patience and it shows.I highly recommend this urgent care! I can't express my deep gratitude enough for taking care of me when I was in a vulnerable place. Thank you!!“

“Had a great experience at SDSM (so far) and highly recommend them for your musculoskeletal injuries. They operate as a primary care and sports medicine clinic and it says urgent care but from my understanding it's not like a true cough and cold urgent care but again, more of a musculoskeletal type urgent care. I like that they operate on a walk in basis so you can be seen quickly as opposed to making appointments several weeks out. They also have a physical therapy office they are attached to (not physically) so all care can be within the same practice for consistency and easy communication. I went at 8AM when they opened and was in and out in about an hour or so. The front desk people were friendly and the doc took the time to thoroughly evaluate my injury and provide me with multiple options available to me while also saying which he recommends at this point. He didn't try to oversell me on fancy treatments and gave me a to-do list for a couple weeks with a plan to follow up afterwards to reevaluate.“

“My surgery required a medical clearance and I was referred to this location to meet with Dr. Mann. The doctor examined me and everything looked good so I was able to get my medical clearance for surgery documents and I was on my way. Super easy process.“
