I started at this medical clinic about 2 - 2 1/2 years ago and my son. I feel it’s a lot better than Neighbor health on the corner of Mollison and Madison. It was great when Dr Heal was then, but not now.

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Borrego Health Care Centro Médico El Cajon for a medical appointment, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and service provided. Today I make a phone to Al Centro medical center El Cajon to find out the timing for the lunch break because once I visited at 12:15 Pm they were not working because doctor is not available it’s lunch break but today the reception replied me that you can go any time to urgent care from 8am to 8pm but again same thing happened I visited by 12:30 Pm the reception informed me to come by 1:30Pm because the doctor is not available. So I am sitting in the car waiting for Urgent care doctor, that was my experience which I faced two times.
