Had a great experience here. I did go in as a walk in so I expected to wait. It was 5:30pm on a Thursday night after I got off work. I signed in and asked if I could go outside and walk around and they said yes they would text me when they were almost ready. I went next door to Ross shopping when I got the text and went straight into my appointment:)
I came for a walk in late one evening, they were super busy but the front desk staff was still able to greet me explain that they accept my insurance, and fit me in. Kaitana I think was her name. She was so friendly and informed and she ran that place so well.
