STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..ITS SCAM...ALL GIRLS BUSY ON THIER PERSONAL CELL PHONE AND WHEN YOU call the center they put the phone on silent mode and ignore all the calls..no matter what language you choose on their operator they will ignore your calls...I called them more than 15 times in one day..it always says ( you are the 1st in the que) but no one will respond..if you stay on the line more than 25 minutes will redirect your call to a girl who works from home and she is not a nurse too..her formal answer will be ( I will pass your message to the center in el cajon) and no one will respond...scam scam scam stay away from them..The lab work..one day I had a blood test...read full review

Worst place ever, Dr Valencia treats her patients like they don't matter as far as prescriptions they won't return the pharmacys call to renew them and won't fill them unless you come in. Would not recommend to anyone!

What a joke of a medical center. Not only do doctors regularly cancel appointments day-of, I showed up for an appointment to be told “they no longer carry my insurance “. So another day wasted by the terrible front desk staff and incompetent administration! Seriously go anywhere else and hopefully get better care.
