Marque Urgent Care Eastlake offers walk-in medical care 7 days a week for illnesses, injuries, physicals, X-rays, and more. Located near Kohl's in the Eastlake Village Center, they provide fast, friendly care for patients of all ages. They accept most insurance plans, including Kaiser, and welcome self-pay patients. Customers praise the great customer service and friendly staff. The medical care is thorough, and the entire staff is professional and helpful. The location is convenient, and they kindly assist with forms. Patients have had positive experiences, with the scheduling, cleanliness, and medical visits being pleasant. The doctors are attentive and provide effective treatments. However, one patient noted that the TV was showing violent content, which is not ideal for stressed or hurting people. They suggest the staff should choose the TV channel more thoughtfully, to provide a calming environment for patients. Had to take my son in because he broke his hand. They were so kind we were in and out quickly. They made a not great experience much better and my son left feeling fine and ready to go play again.
Scheduling and check-in was easy. The staff greet with smiles which made my coming more at ease and relaxing. Their attentiveness is superb, the care from front to back is exemplary. As long as I have the capability and the need for care, I will always come to my FAVORITE Urgent Care facility.
I've taken myself and my kids to this urgent care multiple times especially on a weekend when their pediatrician's office is closed or during off business hours on the weekdays, or if I want an early time. I like that it's located nearby (closer to Rady Children's Urgent Care from our place) and they're in-network with our insurance. I never had any issues whoever is at the front desk, and the nurses were all welcoming and nice. In regard to the providers, I noticed I don't see the same provider when we're there (I think that's good?) Most providers are great, I had one provider that sounded irritable LoL, and another provider that was very nice but I couldn't understand...read full review
