“I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of care that I received today at this Scripps's location. Everyone from the checkin desk to the doctor, the triage staff and radiologist were very thorough & pleasant. Although I cannot remember everyone's names, a shout out of praise to Markel, Dr. Maxwell Miller & the security lady on duty March 18/24. The forementioned went out of her way to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible while waiting for Dr. Miller, she was wonderfully pleasant. Dr. Miller checked back with the radiologist to ascertain that my injuries were current (I had previous damage to the foot that was broken). He exhibited a fine sense of humor which is lovely when you are in a lot of pain! The service at all levels was exemplary, and I appreciated the quality of care in an environment that is stressful for patients & personnel alike. Blessings, A Kemege“

“The provider/doctor was definitely knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and kind. He assisted me quickly and truly helped. I did not give 5 stars because although the experience with reception was alright, it could have been better. It seemed like the receptionist was annoyed by the fact that I couldn’t hear well (ear infection) and therefore couldn’t speak up as much as I thought I was. I was already in a lot of pain which made the receptionists reactions to my lack of hearing/speaking up more uncomfortable. Lastly, as an out-of-pocket paying patient, I would expect someone at the urgent care to know more about even simple things such as whether insurance covers prescriptions prescribed by doctors at urgent care centers when you’re an out-of-pocket patient. Sadly, no one knew that information.“
