My husband had an appointment at 3pm ,wasn't checked in until 3:45 ,was put in a exam room and sat there till 4:45 it wasn't until he opened the the door @ 5pm and told the nurses and doctor that he has been waiting for waiting 2 hours to be seen for a 3pm appointment, at that point the doctor says oh OK I'm coming in now. I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Go tho the la mesa location any services needed.

Came here for pre- employment physical. They were all very nice and helpful. I came without an appointment but asked if I could come in another day and they offered me an appointment. Everyone I interacted with was awesome . Thank you!!

Juvenile. To sum up the atmosphere of this office, that covers it. Kelli was the bright spot in a very dreary experience, she is very professional and amicable. Pre-work physicals must be pretty standard, so why the wait comes out to an hour in between sections of the full physical after already waiting an hour in the lobby is beyond me. I write this wondering if the doctor will even see me before they close up shop.. Rough. Edit: Nurse came in 5 minutes after writing and made quick work of the remainder of my physical. Happy days. Don't think I'll make it to Phonomenal in time :(
