I was referred to them by the VA for pelvic floor treatment and I didn’t expect much…so let me tell you, I LOVE THIS PLACE 😄❤️and the whole staff!! I look forward to my sessions and interacting with everyone. I’m currently trying to see if I can get my mom to be seen by them through her medical insurance for her COPD needs. Do not judge this place by its location or size. There is so much knowledge, professionalism and dedication packed in such a small place. You won’t regret being here.
I have severe emphysema and the professional and caring staff have helped me tremendously! I am developing the correct way of breathing and all the exercises to build up my stamina and endurance. I highly recommend La Mesa Rehab!!!
Gee and Daryl were great during my time with LMR. They took the time to get to know me and help with what my physical goals were and personal goals. I was there for a knee injury and the entire team was friendly and rotated through my care. It was easy to get a hold of the office to book my appointments.
