“I am new to Pilates and have tried 3 different locations before coming to Radical Change. Andrea’s classes by far are my favorite. I was challenged and I feel every muscle activated. I left there thinking, “this is what Pilates is supposed to be!” I’m still a beginner and Andrea did help me with some modifications. I like that we did more than the reformer. She is a patient instructor and very helpful.The location is great with ample parking on the street. It cost $1.25 which is very inexpensive for street parking. I will definitely go back.“

“I can’t recommend this Physical Therapy office enough. Greg and Bekah healed my neck pain quickly and gave me great easily replicable at home exercises. My head aches are gone and I’m able to sleep well at night now that my neck pain is non existent. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and knowledgeable. I asked if they'd accept two walk ins for a 30 minute massage, which they kindly did. I can only speak to my personal experience but my therapist was very kind and really took the time to relieve my pressure points.I really thought she cared about me feeling better after my visit. She even provided some local recommendations as were on vacation. 10/10 would recommend.“

The size of the studio allows the instructor to pay closer attention to each move and ensure it's done correctly. Alicia goes above and beyond to accommodate my back issues into the session. She is very knowledgeable & presents awesome alternatives in case a move doesn't work out for an individual. Overall, she makes the class fun and exciting.
