“We highly recommend GBC Remodeling. After 25 years in our home, we sought out a contractor who would be reliable and provide excellent work. We did 3 exterior projects, and were very happy after each project was completed. The first was exterior stucco repair and painting using Tex-cote. Fernando and his crew were very hard workers with attention to detail. The exterior painting is beautiful. The second was to replace all (>20) windows in our house with vinyl Aldin windows. The window crew was very efficient and hardworking, and we were very satisfied with the installation process and the Aldin windows.The third project was to perform roof work doing a lift and lay of concrete tiles. After 25 years, despite no roof leaks, we decided to replace the underlayment, and it was a good investment. We had some water and termite damage to the house wood trim and also boards on roof that needed to be replaced. It was a perfect time to do the needed roof work. Jason and his crew have done an excellent job in doing all the needed repairs and replacement work. In all three projects, the workers were extremely competent, friendly, and hardworking. We enjoyed meeting with Aaron in negotiating the home improvement contracts. He was honest, straightforward, knowledgeable.
