“I highly recommend Dr. Henry Kaw and his entire office of professionals ! I have been seeing him almost a year now and he listens and answers all my questions . I appreciate that he is compassionate and follows up on my medical needs in a timely manner . His staff is also super friendly and compassionate. He was highly recommended to me by coworker's, and I actually drive an hour to see him, but it’s well worth it . I recently had an issue with receiving a prescription in a timely manner and he and his staff made sure it was taken care of and called the pharmacy while I was there to resolve it . “Absolutely a 5-star experience! The facility is spotlessly clean, has brand-new equipment, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The doctor is a true expert—highly skilled at administering Botox and SkinTox with virtually no pain. On top of the fantastic treatment, it’s conveniently located in a mall with a massive parking lot. Having great Korean restaurants and a Korean market right in the same plaza makes it the perfect spot. Highly recommend!“

“Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“

“I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country.
