“They were so kind to me and my 4yo with a severe ear infection. I’m new from out of state with pending medi-cal and they were accepting and extremely helpful to me. They easily could have turned me away! Instead they were amazing and treated us like real humans.The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They helped me find a medication that could be affordable in case my insurance couldn’t cover it right away.Doc had to place an ear wick, and my dramatic daughter didn’t even flinch or cry, he was so gentle and reassuring.I came in feeling so defeated because I haven’t heard back on my medi cal benefits, but my daughter needed care immediately. “The receptionist was very nice. I waited in my room for the Dr.. She came in greeted me and checked my knee. She encouraged me to stay off my feet and ice my knee. Use a wrap and have my knee checked again if pain persists. I guess the office will be closing for remodeling soon.“
