Today I came for a visit and got my normal vitals and some blood drawn. During my blood drawn I told Lisett I have a history of fainting, then as a joke I pretended to faint and told her got ya...we laughed. Then when the second tube was put in I started to feel weird and I told her about it. She was like are you joking or serious?, and I’m like idk I feel light headed and ringing in my ears. I started to panic and then fainted with Lisett while she was drawing blood. I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude because Lisett along with Dr Ruth Fuentes, and Cindy owned the situation and found the strength to pick up my legs. Keep in mind I’m a very heavy guy. Apparently my blood pressure dropped, my lips turned purple, and my face turned pale white. I don’t know how they did it, but they are so strong and worked together as a team. They kept me calm during the whole ordeal, and cater to all my needs. They gave me apple juice and wiped the sweat from my face. When I was waking up from fainting; all of us laughed, because this was a perfect situation on why not to “cried wolf” lol... Thank you for all you do! If I can give 10 stars and to the moon and back, I would. I love PIH, the lovely staff is the reason I don’t mind traveling from far for all my medical needs.

Went here for the first time and am extremely thankful I did. Staff was friendly + helpful making us feel welcome. But most importantly, I want to thank Dr. Kimberly Bartelus who highly recommended me to go the ER and get my blood cultures. Turns out I had bacteria in my blood and needed to be admitted to the hospital for nearly 4 days. If Dr. Bartelus had not told me + written a note to give at the ER, I may have been sent home and gotten sepsis which would have resulted in loss of limbs or even death. Once again, I am truly thankful for Dr. Bartelus who was the perfect doctor for me. A prayer that was answered. Thank you!!!

Went in recently for an infection. Was seen by the kindest PA I have had the pleasure of working with, Angel Delgadillo. Angel shows so much compassion, listens to you concerns and responds honestly and with respect. I was in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes (I may have been the first patient of the day, to be fair) and all of the staff was courteous. I would recommend and will return to this Urgent Care for future needs.
