I only had to wait about 20 minutes at Urgent Care. The staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Lam is outstanding! So attentive and very kind. He listened to me and made eye contact, didn’t just look at the computer screen. I felt like he really cared about my concern. He informed me about the test results and told me what the next steps are. I wish he were my primary care physician.

Urgent care was as fast as could be expected. The wait for radiology took some time, but the Dr and staff are caring and knowledgeable.
