“I've had to visited this urgent care several times in the past 5-6 years, for various ailments, and have always had a very positive experience with the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, almost all if not all, remember to introduce themselves, greet you by name, and are kind and considerate. When I left yesterday, as I passed the open office where the nurses and other staff sit, they all stopped to say goodbye. Who does that now a days? And, I love that there is a pharmacy on site, so I don't have to go far to pick up my prescription or if there is ever a problem with it (there hasn't been), it's easy for them to communicate with the MD/NP.”
