The doctor is a true expert—highly skilled at administering Botox and SkinTox with virtually no pain. “On July 12, 2024, I visited Kaiser Urgent Care in Pasadena, California, and my experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Diana, the receptionist. Her welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. I came in to address a few concerns that I needed clarity on from a medical procedure I had on July 3, 2024. The professionalism and care shown by the entire staff were incredible. Robert, the LVN, took my blood pressure and was courteous and efficient. His professionalism contributed greatly to my comfort during the visit. Dr. Chris Aghayan was outstanding. He was not only professional but also genuinely caring and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the necessary care with great attentiveness. “I needed to schedule an appointment with a neurologist over at this location. Every time I used to call to schedule it I would get same answer. “we can’t schedule your appointment because your previous dr needs to release you in order to see the doctor that you would like to see. Well, even though I was told that that would not be an issue, that PIH U C C OF SANTA SPRINGS WOULD TAKE CARE Of the release They never did. Until I was lucky enough to have Monica Answer from the Neurology department took took this matter into her hands and went above and beyond to be able to finally schedule my appointment.
