I went in right after as a walk-in patient on a Friday around 2pm and the whole process was quick and seamless. The whole process from checking in to the actual test only took about 15 minutes! “Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“

“Was there today at the Commerce facility,I must admit I wa impressed.The whole staff showed a lot of professionalism,seemed liked the whole staff worked in harmony.Waiting time was a little long,but Fridays are the busiest from what I was told. Alma & Sandra were superb,very knowledgeable and friendly.Those two are the bomb,also very polite as wel.
