For the Excellent Staff .I had to go in this week to get tests done and the clearance for my Kidney.Stone removal the next day YOUR Customer.Service was Excellent MARY.LOU (X-RAY) to everyone else making me feel very comfortable and explaining what was needed for the next step of this procedure whether it was in person or on the phone. Second time visiting this facility since it opened. Staff here are so welcoming which is nice when you are not feeling well. This time was helped by PA Fidel Andrade who has a very easy bedside manner. He heard my complaints and asked about things I didn't think to mention. Leaving the visit everyone thanked me for visiting.. This is my favorite Urgent Care facility. My only tip is try to make a reservation for an appointment to shorten your wait. Although they welcome walk Ins.
I can not give enough praise for the care I've received at Memorial Care in Cypress! The entire staff is kind, compassionate, caring and so efficient in providing services in their office and in urgent care! DO NOT go to OPTUM at all. Dr.s at Memorial Care are terrific and the service by the staff outstanding!!!
