I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“

“I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country. Many thanks to Dr. Andrade, Nurse Monica G, Stephanie Pech, Dr. Thompson, and especially Dr. Nguyen for making navigating the health care process so much easier than anywhere I've ever been. I was previously having some scheduling issues with MemorialCare, but they have a new app that is extremely helpful to allow you to book with providers any time.
