They were so kind to me and my 4yo with a severe ear infection. I’m new from out of state with pending medi-cal and they were accepting and extremely helpful to me. They easily could have turned me away! Instead they were amazing and treated us like real humans.The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They helped me find a medication that could be affordable in case my insurance couldn’t cover it right away.Doc had to place an ear wick, and my dramatic daughter didn’t even flinch or cry, he was so gentle and reassuring.I came in feeling so defeated because I haven’t heard back on my medi cal benefits, but my daughter needed care immediately. I fell and split my forehead open & needed stitches on Friday, Dec 29. The team that was working that Friday was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Nancy is super sweet, caring, and I can tell that she takes her job seriously. Came back 5 days later, Jan 3rd, to get my stitches removed & Nancy made the process quick & easy. However, I'm taking away one star due to the unprofessional male MA working this day. He made my visit uncomfortable/unwelcoming by making little remarks when taking my vitals. He made remarks like I'm "too skinny" or my nails are "too long". I’ve been here this urgent care center before with good experience. Today I took my husband to this urgent care and They never disappointed me with care and friendly with good explanation and very professional.Everyone, receptionist and MA and Dustin PA , all of them are so friendly with care.Of cause I’ll be back if I needed to see Doctor .Thank you for taking good care of us , we are appreciated it.
