The wait time was very long but the quality of care that I received was better than most urgent cares I've been to in this area.
The Nurse Assistant (I believe) that helped me was very patient and kind and listened to all of my somewhat complex medical history regarding my ears and carefully considered the best treatment plan for me until I could see a specialist. I was able to see my regular specialist later that week and they said everything looked good and healthy, so I'm grateful for this place taking good care of me.

The front staff was nice and helpful and the PA saw me in a timely manner. I appreciated that I was able to ask questions and not feel rushed when it was my turn to be cared for. Thank you for the positive experience.
