What I appreciate most is how empowering the process has been. I’ve learned how to lift with proper form, build strength without aggravating old injuries, and stay consistent with nutrition in a way that still allows balance (yes, I still enjoy my wine and weekend meals!). The accountability and support here genuinely make a difference.

226 E Palm Ave, Burbank“I am so obsessed with my new gym! EverFit checks all my boxes. It smells good, it’s always clean, and you can genuinely tell cleanliness is a priority—from the staff constantly wiping down machines to members doing their part after every workout.
They have a dry sauna, two private workout areas, and all the Pilates and yoga equipment you could need. One of the main reasons I joined was to intentionally add Pilates into my routine—and they offer reformer Pilates classes included with your membership, along with so many other options: barre, cycling, Zumba, strength circuits, and more.
There are so many classes to choose from for under $100 a month, which honestly feels like a steal. When I walk in, the staff knows me by name, and that personal touch makes the experience even better. It’s also never overcrowded, which is a huge plus for me.
And ladies—let’s talk locker room. Fully stocked with blow dryers, plenty of counter space, and vanity lighting ??
I’m genuinely so happy with my decision to join.

My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.“

Andrea is knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, engaging, and has a great sense of humor. The therapy sessions are challenging and fun. The staff at 1 PT are friendly, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend them.“

Sometimes I spend up to 20 minutes a session waiting for heat, ice, or the planned circuit for the day (which could be planned out before I even show up). His approach is highly intuitive--he can pinpoint exactly where my pain originates and then teaches me how to prevent it from returning. Working with him has made me much more aware of my muscles and movement. Now, I can feel my muscles working during workouts without experiencing pain afterward. Haig is exactly who I needed to take my workouts to the next level while effectively managing pain before it becomes a bigger issue.“

“I have trained with Zoe at RITUAL and it has been life changing/ transformative. Zoe is an incredible trainer and the space is gorgeous. My body has transformed and the way I understand fitness has evolved completely. I saw Zoe before, during, and after my first pregnancy and she moved through all of those (very different) phases seamlessly and motivated and supported my fitness goals and evolving body throughout. Zoe also trains a few other people I know and she tailors the trainings to everyone differently based on their needs. I truly could not recommend Zoe and RITUAL fitness more highly.
Also I always had an easy time parking and could go get coffee or lunch after on York Street! A++ spot.“

(better equipment placement, outdoor expansion, addition of equipment). I never have to wait for things and its not overcrowded at most times. The weights are more or less always re-racked and Steven does a great job making sure everything is in place and ready for the gym goers. I'm not a client of Stevens but I do see him actively training clients with good instructions on technique vs just chatting about random things which ive seen before at other gyms. He might be good for you if youre looking for a trainer who will guide you through proper form and technique.“
