Excellent, individualized treatment.

I had been dealing with the same recurring back injury for more than a decade, constantly tweaking my erectors at the gym and thinking it was just something I’d always have to live with. Kevin was the first PT who actually figured out exactly what was causing it. He found the core and breathing issues that were throwing everything off and built a plan that finally got me out of the cycle.

The best part is he didn’t tell me to stop lifting heavy like so many other PTs would do. He actually took me through the same heavy movements I did at the gym during my usual workouts, fixed my form, and showed me how to use my core the right way so my erectors weren’t doing… read full review
