Incredible workout, incredible team, incredible facility... never gets boring, always feels challenging. I truly look forward to my classes. My body is completely transforming and it's only been a month!!

West Hollywood is the third F45 studio. I’ve worked out in and I have to say it is my favorite because the instructors are so nice and super helpful and will push you to your limit in a good way. I love that always very challenging workouts and the group setting gives you a Sense of community. We are all in this together. If you’re looking for awesome and challenging way to exercise this is the place also comes with free parking, which is very helpful.

I’m someone who has always been intimidated by workouts like F45 but the community is so welcoming and I was surprised at how much I was capable of while also being challenged. The coaches are great at motivating you and giving you modifications if you need it!
