I purchased a brand-new Rheem a/c and heating unit from Comfort Climate Control seven years ago. Since then, I neglected to have any routine maintenance service performed. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the fan continued to run even though I shut off the thermostat for the a/c. I contacted Connie at the office and explained the problem. She subsequently dispatched Abraham (tech) to do a diagnostic testing and evaluate any problematic areas. Later, Connie sent out Mark (tech) to reevaluate the situation and offer a second opinion. I have used this company for years. Usually for annual maintenance, but after many years my system required special attention. To me the test of an organization is how they respond when you have a major issue. CCC did two things that blew me away...one, in this busy season they fit me in...and two, they had me by the "short hairs" and really could have turned the screws to my pocketbook. They did not. I asked Comfort Climate Control to install a brand new AC system. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. The price was VERY reasonable and the quality better than I expected.
