I’ve been a member of Fitnello for just over six months, and the experience has truly been life‑changing. When I arrived for my initial consultation, I had never lifted weights and my background was limited to hot‑yoga practice.
My journey began with the group‑class prep session with Angelina. Her expertise and upbeat personality made the workout feel fun rather than intimidating. As I transitioned into regular group classes, I discovered a supportive community of women who were incredibly helpful and welcoming to newcomers.
Elina, the owner, now leads the evening sessions. She’s exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the “why” behind each movement. She also teaches us how to track our weights and reps so we can increase volume in a safe, progressive manner.
Beyond the friendly atmosphere and expert guidance, I’ve seen tangible results: a 5 % reduction in body fat and a 5 % increase in muscle mass!

David not only makes it enjoyable, but he pushes me to be the best version of myself every time I train with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always answering any questions I have about the workouts that we do, along with ensuring that I’m doing the workouts correctly (most trainers could care less, but not David!). Not only does he know what he’s doing, but he is by far one of the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The overall experience has been amazing, and I’ve seen big improvements in myself since I’ve started going. I would recommend David to anyone I know who is interested in bettering themselves physically. If I could, I’d give him 10/5 stars. On the other hand,my experience with KPPT/Drew felt collaborative because he listened to my needs, and as a result understood my lifestyle and the resources available to me. He suggested progressively more challenging PT routines based on my feedback and his expertise. I made tangible progress weekly and was able to get back to playing pickleball and cycling around 8 weeks after THR. That’s a huge win in my book! I continued to make tangible progress thereafter and even after “graduating” from PT continue to get stronger.“

The community is amazing, and whether you’re new or experienced, you instantly feel welcomed. It honestly feels like a family, which is something I’ve never really had at a gym before. The coaches are super helpful and always willing to work with you on form, scaling options, or adjustments for injuries, and they keep the focus on becoming a healthier you instead of lifting the most weight or being the fastest. They really drill the fundamentals, and the progress naturally follows. Coach Casey has made the gym one of my favorite places to be, and I’m pretty bummed to be moving away. I couldn’t recommend a better gym in the area, and it’s even more exciting that they might be adding a juice bar soon! Definitely give them a try!“

Pros:
- Love the workouts.
- I don’t have to plan what I’m going to do or wonder if the equipment will be available at the gym.
- I know when I go I’ll be working hard the entire 45mins. Overall it’s a big time saver.
- even though it can be a bit fast paced, you can definitely lift slower/heavier if you really want to focus on strength and muscle building on their strength days so it’s customizable in that sense.
Cons:
- main reason for 4 stars, which I imagine lots of people will disagree with, is the music. It’s typical for gyms and workout classes, I’m sure, but it’s pretty vulgar. Before Christ regenerated my heart and made me new in Him, I listened to the type of music they play so I find myself constantly praying for the Lord to guard my mind before, during and after workouts.
- Along with that, even though they have an area for kids to play in (I’d say 5years and older) I wouldn’t bring my kids bc of the music. I get that they will be exposed to the ways of the world but I won’t willingly put them in a place where they are listening to that for nearly an hour, they are sponges!!!! And yes I realize it’s my choice to still attend and pay for the class… clearly this hasn’t become a dealbreaker for me yet, but would be one of the few reasons I leave if the Holy Spirit and word of God change my convictions in the future (that or investing in my own home gym set up).

She even helped me save money by asking where I work, I’m very happy by such a great experience! She clearly went over the financial details multiple times so I felt fully informed. The gym itself is very clean, the music is at a comfortable volume, and there are lots of class options available. It also has a nice, darker atmosphere, which I really appreciate compared to harsh fluorescent lighting. I am looking forward to getting used to this place:)“

“For the 17+ years I’ve been racing competitively between road, mtb, cyclocross, and gravel categories, I’ve always dealt with some sort of back pain. After starting Derek’s program in the offseason and continuing it into the gravel season, I’ve quickly noticed the pain I had gotten used to feeling when really pushing on the pedals is gone. Even with a 2 Liter pack on my back in a 200 mile gravel race, I’m able to push hard all day comfortably.
