“Jason w/HVAC Home Services should be a PREMIER vendor for FNHW (Fidelity National Home Warranty)! He was sent by my home warrant after two other companies were sent. First company "repaired" one of my units, then claimed there was an electrical issue, so warranty sent me an electrician, who claimed the issue was with the "HVAC". After I had (4) technicians, all sent by the warranty company, whom each blamed the other. Jasons' company was selected/sent. He not only troubleshot and fixed an electrical situation that had been there since before we bought the home, 4 years ago. He took the time to fix that issue and then checked my unit that had not been worked on. He made the necessary repairs and we thought all was good. A day goes by, we didn't feel the first unit (the one he had not serviced because the other company said it was fixed and needed electrical to it) was cooling the upstairs. I call the warranty, specifically ask that they not send me the first company and asked for HVAC Home Services to be sent back out. Jason shows up, takes a look, confirms the first company had wired the parts they replaced incorrectly! He takes his time, made the necessary fix and now we have AC upstairs again, like new! As a mom of three teens, have almost 80 yrd old parents living with us, I whole heartedly appreciate his customer service but more so, care in getting us up and working. He could have done the same as all the others and just blamed the next or prior, but instead he did the right thing, did all the necessary troubleshooting and made the fix! So appreciative of that!“

He's an amazingly caring and genuine human being who fixed my heating problem promptly. Side note, my dog doesn't like many people so I usually lock him up and he literally ran up to Kyle and was licking him and just all over him following him into the backyard. Pets can feel energy. Both my dog and I didn't want him to leave haha :) My A/C is not only back up and running smoothly, the loud sound it used to have while running is completely gone and I can feel more air than before. My house hasn't felt this cool. Kyle is definitely an asset to the company. I'd prefer Kyle to be our tech every time we call upon the company's help.
