I had a colonoscopy today at Knott Family Endoscopy Center, and I wanted to share what an excellent experience I had.
For anyone who is nervous or scared about getting a colonoscopy, this is the place to go. From start to finish, the entire process was organized, caring, and professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the intake nurse thoroughly explained the procedure and answered questions ahead of time.
Leading up to the procedure, I received helpful text reminders and clear instructions each day regarding the prep process, which made everything much less stressful. The care team was exceptional throughout the entire visit.
The nurses and doctor were kind, attentive, and reassuring. The doctor introduced himself personally before the procedure, and the staff made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Aftercare was also excellent, including coordinating my pickup and ensuring transportation safety before discharge.
This visit was handled with professionalism and compassion from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire care team for making what can be a stressful procedure such a smooth and positive experience.

I purchased a Ceragem in Ceragem Fullerton recently, and the results are incredible. The pain in my lower back and neck vanished like magic. My stylist was Breeze Varner and she's fabulous!!! She's accommodating, listens to your needs and wants, very detail oriented and can cut curly hair. But upon looking into the studio overall they seem to have several great stylist for you to choose. Since Breeze Varner had similar hair to mine and after doing a mid stalk of her tiktok page I chose her and glad I did. I will be going to her again. The salon itself is well lit, clean and spacious, the receptionist was great as well. I was a bit too excited about my great hair cut to get her name, though. Their prices are great. $75 for haircuts under an hour. Oh and in case you want a full service salon where they wash and massage your scalp and such this place doesn't provide that but they have a location in Pasadena that does if that is what you're looking. I went to the Fullerton location which is a lot closer to me and I wasn't looking for the full service treatment but it was still a great experience. Got what I needed and wanted and will be going again in a few months. Also taking my kids there. Especially my son on the spectrum to get a curly cut of his luxurious hair LOL. See you soon Breeze!!!
Although I’ve experienced massages and meridian treatments at many different places, this was the first time I slept so deeply after just one session.

He even designs a sample centerpiece so you will know exactly what you will get. He encouraged us to take home the centerpiece and think about any changes that we might want to make and was very flexible when we asked for floral changes. Rest assured that if you want any changes or need any suggestions, he will go out of his way to find the florals or a design that is perfect for your occasion and will definitely create a design that you will love.
The best thing about booking Creative Floral Designs is that Bernie made the entire process so easy for us. We cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with him. He was hands down our favorite vendor. We received so many compliments from family and friends regarding our florals and they were so excited when they could take the centerpieces home. Another highlight is that you also really cannot beat his pricing for his level of detail and quality of work. His prices also include the cost of the vase (and he has lots of options to choose from) so compared to other florists who would add additional costs, he was giving us a great deal.
On the day of the wedding he arrived early with his assistant to set up and needless to say, they set up everything exactly as we had discussed. He even went the extra mile by offering to pin the boutonnieres and corsages on the wedding party so that everyone would be ready for the photoshoot. Bernie was very instrumental in making our wedding more beautiful than we could have imagined. We highly recommend Creative Floral Designs and promise that you will not be disappointed!

Naichez is absolutely amazing! I came in with so much tension in my shoulders and back, and a shoulder injury and he has worked his magic. He really understands the body and knows exactly how to release tight muscles and also knows when you haven’t been stretching. She really knows what she's doing, and checks in with you about the amount of pressure she is using. She is also an incredibly kind and caring soul whose presence is so soothing. She really loves helping people relax and feel better, and it shows. She creates a relaxing environment with dim lighting, white noise, and peaceful music softly playing. Before making this my go to place I had only ever been to salons and tried 1 other barber shop (which was overpriced and not good at all ). Most barber shops would give off this “too good” or “you wait for me “ vibe. So I usually tried avoiding barbershops. I train jiu jitsu next door and decided to give this place a shot. PSC is likely the best skin care center period. My girl has been going here for years and got me to go last month. I wasn't sure what to expect but wow. I saw Lorena and she was very kind and patient explaining everything to me. She looks 35 which blew my mind because she said she has been in business for 30 years. They worked on me for over an hour. I couldn't tell you the different things they did because well, I am a guy and we don't always get this stuff : ) but I can tell you I saw a difference when I left and continued to see even more results over the next few weeks. They utilize proven skin care methods but also research and integrate new technologies. I should say that Lorena is serious about what she does. You can tell she is constantly thinking and assessing what a client needs. This may come across a little "clinical" to some people. However, she is a genuinely good person and cares about people. PSC is also a true American success story. It was founded by a young female who funded the business on her own and built the business from the ground up. Supporting small business matters. PSC is not a bargain basement facility providing Group On specials. They are also not charging outrageous prices. If you want quality work you have to be willing to pay for it. Based on their experience, expertise, and quality of work, I found their pricing to be fair. To put it in perspective, Fantastic Sam's can provide a decent haircut, but a skilled stylist at a good salon can do pretty amazing work. By the way I want to apologize to "Sunshine" at Fantastic Sam's, we stopped going there A long time ago and never said "goodbye" : ). I have not been paid for this review and PSC didn't ask me to write it. After going in to PSC, I felt compelled to share my experience.

I went today to get my 1st tattoo and I have to say it was a smooth and easy experience. I specifically asked for Charles and he brought what I had in mind to life. Looking down at one of my favorite memories bring a smile to my face and will definitely go back
its been like a month and my nose piercing is healing beautifully, placement was perfect, session took less than 2 minutes. I was in the piercing shop for like 15 minutes total and they have a chameleon ?. Avery if you see this good luck on your nose piercing tell your momma i said hi!!!
This tattoo shop is clean & professional with a laid back vibe. I had a cover up done by Eduardo recently and he is an incredible artist. I came from Las Vegas, sent him photos of the type of design I wanted and a photo of the cover up tattoo. When I got there the stencil was the exact size I needed and he was able to knock out the design in a day. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Definitely will be back soon.
Took my 12-year-old here to get her ears pierced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The person who pierced her ears was patient and made sure she was comfortable with the location of her piercing. They asked for our IDs and Aeries access to prove we were her parents and had us fill out forms to authorize piercing. The provided instructions and recommendations on healing and maintaining piercing, and answered all of our questions. Clearly, not only experienced and talented, but also an accommodating place to safely get piercings.
Overall, very fast and easy. This place is cash only, so come prepared. There's a small ATM inside, but better to come with cash already.
I love this place! If You love tattoos/piercings and Halloween, you'll definitely love this place. I've gotten 4 tattoos done by 2 different artists. I got a bat and a London/Big Ben postage stamp done by Jess (she's PHENOMENAL! I'll definitely be getting more done by her) and I got a little ghost with flowers and a Georgie/Pennywise tattoo with the paper boat and a red balloon done by the apprentice of the shop, Joanie (she does some amazing work and I'll definitely be getting more done by her as well!). The vibe of the place is pretty chill and everyone is really cool. I've been recommending this place to all of my coworkers and friends who are looking to get a tattoo. You should definitely check it out!

Our family has been using Trusty Plumbers for quite some time. The company did an amazing job re-piping our home after a fire. Marcos was very professional. However my sink still doesn't drain fully. This may be because of pipes but won't know until they use cameras tomorrow. I dont think I should be charged for something that didnt resolve the issue. Again Marcos was great and professional.

Alegre Plumbing is run very efficiently. The work done is, in my opinion, the best. The work is very reliable and precise.
A small plastic item dropped into the toilet, was flushed down, and created an obstruction that partially blocked the discharge. I called SPS. Jose responded with a technician (Daniel) who was at my home within 1 hour. Using a down line camera and auger he was able to identify and clear the obstruction.This was the third occasion that SPS serviced my plumbing problems. Each time the technician was courteous, professional and attentive. The charges were each time reasonable. I highly recommend SPS.

Patrick is extremely detail-oriented, honest, and offers very reasonable pricing. We had a leak that was sending water to the raised foundation of our home, and a couple of other companies suggested it might be a leaking shower valve. Patrick went above and beyond by thoroughly checking all the water sources in our home to find the true root cause. He eventually discovered that the shower head was slightly loose, which turned out to be the problem. By taking the time to properly diagnose the issue, he saved us both time and money. Highly recommend!

The gas company informed me that my main gas line had corrosion and needed to be replaced. I contacted Lots Plumbing, and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule the job, the very next day! From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, and efficient. I was especially concerned about the condition of my grass after the work, but they took great care to put everything back in place and left the area clean and tidy. My house had a leak from outside of the main pipeline and backyard pipeline, which is a headache because the main pipeline is under the concrete, it would require to open the concrete to fix the existing pipeline which would cost a fortune. 4 plumbers came for an inspection and estimate, Nick is the only one who is professional to do full site inspection to check the leaks and can answer all my questions. In addition, he also provided a solution that doesn't require to open the concrete, which is to install a new pipe under the garden. Their quote is also at a reasonable price. On top of that, due to City inspector's requirement, they've also came 3-4 times for the repair in order to meet City's requirements. Most importantly, they always come and fix the problem promptly. Thank you Nick, Nat, Mark, Danny, Micky and all the team members of All American Repipe & Plumbing. I truly appreciate your prompt assistance to resolve my headache situation. I would highly recommend this plumbing company if anyone who is having a water leak.

Sueng Lee is highly skilled in his work and is a man of integrity. He explained everything clearly every step of the way and he only charged for the work he did, not the estimate he gave. He estimated our job taking the whole day but once he identified the issue, he told us he didn't need the whole day and only charged a fraction of his initial estimate. We highly recommend him and will always call him for any future electrical services.

I had Fullerton Electric replace a Zinsco electrical subpanel that insurance companies mandated were dangerous and need to be replaced. The old panel was a flush mount exterior panel and other contractors that bid said flush mount were no longer available and recommended a more complicated and more expensive approach. They did the work for a very fair price, handled all the city permits required for insurance validation including being there for the electrcal inspection, recommended putting in a surge protector in my main panel for the house that is now a new requirement in new homes, and worked to make sure I had power back the same day when they determined there was a little more work than anticipated. They had recommendations for stucco contractors, but I had one from a friend I used. Just waiting for the stucco to finish curing before painting. Photos show old and new They were great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Kobolt Construction was reliable and timely in completing our project. The employees were friendly and they always left our home neat and clean at the end of each day. We were very happy with the completion of our project and they finished sooner than we expected. We appreciate the excellent work and professionalism of all the employees. I contracted with Horizon Construction & Remodeling to remodel my kitchen, which included all new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliance installation, and lighting, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. Horizon also replaced cabinets in the dining room, removed blinds, and patched and painted several rooms. David was our project manager.
I highly recommend working with both Horizon and David. He provided an accurate estimate for the work, started and completed the work on time, and was always pleasant and responsive when I had questions. It was my first experience with a kitchen remodel and David proved to be patient and kind, never making me feel like my questions were silly or naive. He responded to all of my texts promptly and delivered on every one of my requests.
The craftsmen employed by Horizon were professional and skilled. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up as they went along. Horizon also operates a showroom in Fullerton, so I was able to see options in situ, not just small samples. David and everyone I met in the showroom were knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to me, made a real effort to understand my aesthetic, and then made great suggestions.
The entire process from beginning to end (3 months to the day) went just about as smooth as one could hope for such a large project. When it comes time to remodel our bathrooms, I will be calling Horizon again!

I was impressed with how evenly everything was installed — no bumps or uneven spots at all. The seams are practically invisible, and the area looks clean and polished. Citywide Tree Service gave me a bunch of mulch via my ChipDrop request. I was nervous about it due to the other review, but my experience was wonderful. They texted me beforehand to confirm the drop and the location. They came on time the next day and dropped the load as expected. They also helped me to adjust the pile since my drop site was a bit small.
The mulch itself was very nice. Lots of reasonably sized wood chips and fragrant with all the pine needles.

By far the best dentistry I’ve ever come across, and I’ve been to a few. Dr. Tan does amazing work, and her assistants are not only kind and courteous but skilled as well. I’ve had a crown , cavities, cleanings and extractions done here and no complaints with their service so far. They’re fast, thorough and always responsive to my questions and concerns. They also care about the patient’s comfort and try to make things as painless as possible. I have MediCal and they always ensure my insurance covers any procedure; they’re always transparent with any additional costs out of pocket. Even when my insurance would deny coverage they would send more information to make sure it was, I’m very grateful to this establishment. It’s clean, orderly, smells nice and since it’s a smaller place the wait times are short. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done!

I can't believe I've never left a review before. I have been going here for my lower back issues, neck issues, and all other weird aches and pains that arise, for about 5 years. I think Dr. Lee and Dr. Song are fantastic at what they do, I and really appreciate how well they have treated me. I recommend their office to my friends all the time. I have conditons that require ongoing maintenance, and I know their treatments make a difference because, whenever I get lazy about going, the pain eventually creeps "back in." (Pun intended, haha.) I moved out of the area, (about 20 minutes away), but after trying and failing to find an acupuncturist nearby that I liked, I decided it was worth the trip to Fullerton. I'll probably be a patient for life, so I hope they don't retire before I do.

Dr. Ruth is amazing! The whole office is really accommodating. It's a family owned business, Dr. Ruth and her husband both work here. So if you're a guy that would rather be adjusted by a male, it's very easy. They have and x-ray machine on site so you can come get everything done here. I have kaiser but you don't need insurance for an adjustment, it's only $55.00 which is great because my last chiropractor was 80. I have scoliosis and every time i leave the office, my pain is relieved until my next appointment. Dr. Ruth uses massage as well as adjusting and cracking so I feel like my muscles are also adjusted back to where they belong, not just my spine. She also works on my neck and it's such a relieving feeling. I definitely recommend this chiropractor to everyone!
Today I received chiropractor care from Clifford Hallum. Him, along with his staff were knowledgeable and very empathetic towards my condition. I was barley able to move around for past few days and with their experience and expertise they restored my confidence in chiropractor care overall. I was sore whe n I returned home but followed the Doctors instruction and now I feel 90% better. I walked in at a pain level of 8 and by this evening Im down to a 2. Thank you all for your time and attentiveness.

We had a great experience with this hospital. Everybody including the staff are very nice, they were all caring and they know what they are doing. The cost is so affordable and they are also giving promos. The vet is genuinely caring for the pets and helping pet owners get an affordable price with great service. The care, kindness and overall service they provide are worth it. We live 30 mins away and we would be willing to travel this far and make them our primary hospital to our 5 pets (2 dogs, 3 cats).

Wonderful team, patient, kind and professional. My 22 year old cat, Bobby, was suffering from end stages of congestive heart failure. I was kind of hoping for medication to prolong his life, but knew deep down that he was suffering unnecessarily. Dr Nunez explained the true account of his suffering, therefore out of our love and respect for Bobby, we chose to euthanize. Thank you Dr. Nunez and team for all you do.
After getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.

Naichez is absolutely amazing! I came in with so much tension in my shoulders and back, and a shoulder injury and he has worked his magic. He really understands the body and knows exactly how to release tight muscles and also knows when you haven’t been stretching. I always leave feeling lighter, looser and completely refreshed and relaxed. If you’re dealing with stress, pain, need help with workout recovery or just need to treat yourself, I highly recommend booking a massage here.

Laura is awesome. Very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. She was very clear in our pre massage consultation and explained everything she would be doing. The massage was thorough and helped relieve the pain i was in . Now I cant wait to go back for a full relaxation appointment.

I'm so glad I found Valerie! My back was aching and I needed a massage with a soft touch so I messaged Valerie and she was so quick to respond and worked with my schedule. The day before the appointment I got a reminder text and I loved that! She's located inside Salon Lujon in downtown Fullerton. The inside was so clean and nice. Valerie took her time with the massage and I felt so great afterwards. The little knots in my upper shoulders and neck were gone. She has such a gentle touch and is a sweetheart. I will be back for more massages with Valerie. Totally recommend.

I've been to Lotus Spa a couple of times before and now I feel I can leave a review. The rooms are always clean and smell nice. It has a great atmosphere. They replace the sheets and towels after every use, I've witnessed them change them out every time I'm here. Prices are good. I will continue to come here when I feel I need a good massage.
Excellent massage therapy. Atmosphere is calm, clean and welcoming. Staff friendly and professional. I work out daily and get quite sore, so I appreciate that their therapists are knowledgeable, skilled and attentive to my recovery needs. Highly recommend!
Had a great massage here! The therapist’s technique was excellent, especially the walking on back, which really helped release deep tension. My body felt much less sore afterward. Clean room and friendly service. Highly recommend!
Dora was such a great massage therapist. This was my first time here (I usually go somewhere else) and I often times feel more tense than relaxed when I leave that other massage place. This was the complete opposite. I was greeted with warmth as soon as I came in and Dora targeted my stiff and sore areas while also helping me feel relaxed. Sent shivers down my spine in the best way possible. They have gained a regular customer with me.

I have been going to Orange County Acupuncture and Herbs for several months for treatment of myofascial pain and the physical trauma of decades of stress. Lori takes her time and listens compassionately at each session. I've had three sessions so far . At the very first session , my health care provider had me do range of motion exercises and found where the pain was within 2 minutes . I felt extrem pain in my belly area this 11/26/24 and knew it is umbiblical hernia coming back since my first had it in August 2024. Thank God's great mercy! I went to see Dr. Steven Tsai at East West Group. Dr. Tsai placed a few needles in my two feet and the belley area. About 15-20 minutes later I felt my pain gone away. I got up from the lying bed and walked around on the floor without even a tiny pain. I was so surprised about the effectiveness of the acupunture and the doctor's skill. I spent thousands dollars at first umbilical hernia pain today I only spent a offie visist and got healed. To avoid it happens again and suffers the extrem pain, Dr. Tsai and the other doctor Cohen at the same office advised me to get a surgery done for a permanant cure. I decided to take their advice but very appreciated their removal of the unbearable pain.
I've been coming here for just over a month now, but I'm already seeing tremendous results. I've been to other clinics for acupuncture, but nothing has been as personalized and successful as this. I not only leave pain-free, but the treatment continues for several days. I'm currently receiving cupping and acupuncture and I can see myself coming here long-term, not only for pain treatment, but also for the general relaxation and calming affect that it has.
Dania was a great instructor. She helped me get my license right away, gave me very helpful advice and tips, and is very respectful and honest.
My range instructors were Russ, Richard, and Chris. They were all nice, patient, and informative with the drills and instructions. I'm certain that everyone, the students and instructors, wanted to have fun learning. But, at the end of the day this course is to teach us how to be safe and not slide off a motorcycle like a banana peel when it comes to corners and other cars out in the streets.
10/10 would do again.
