It was my first time at Unicorn Wax Lab and everyone needs to know this place is a HIDDEN GEM !!! I can't recommend Mary enough. She is gentle throughout the entire process and I felt little to no pain at all. She does it all and I felt so cared for. I'm amazed at my results. I will definitely be coming back to the lab and recommending to anyone in the OC area to come book with Mary. I love how quick and efficient the service was! 10/10.

First timer here and Mary was extremely very professional and has great bedside manner. She made directions and parking very easy as well. She made conversation with me which helped put me at ease. She has a soft hand and I didn't really feel much at all! I will definitely return and I highly recommend!

I think Mary was so responsive and very attentive when booking my appointment. Upon on arrival she already gave me the details: where to park, landmark of building and 3flights of stairs. Once greeted she took me to room and waxing was over before ya know it. Quick and easy and super clean room. Mary makes you feel welcomed and does cater to both men and women. I recommend this place and know she does a great job. Please awe pictures for review. Almost forgot, Cash Is King but she does accept Zelle!
