Allen is simply a massage wizard. I went in barely being able to raise my shoulder above my head, and after one session, I have complete mobility. I have now booked multiple sessions with Allen and have been amazed at the results every single time. I always leave feeling like a new person. I highly recommend him100%.

A few weeks ago I had tension headaches for 2 weeks straight that I could not get rid of no matter what I tried (including ibuprofen). I paid one visit to Allen and my headache was gone in a couple of days. He knew exactly what was causing the tension and where it was coming from. I've gone to other places before and this is by far the best results I've ever gotten. I lift weights and also sit being a desk for 8 hours a day so I never realized how much I needed it. I will definitely be coming back to work on the rest of my muscles.

Allen was great and really loosened up the muscles in my back that were causing my tension headaches. I would recommend Allen to anyone. I have been running and lifting for 10 years and never had any tissue work done. All those years of training finally caught up to me and with just one session I was feeling much much better.
