“I had a colonoscopy today at Knott Family Endoscopy Center, and I wanted to share what an excellent experience I had.

For anyone who is nervous or scared about getting a colonoscopy, this is the place to go. From start to finish, the entire process was organized, caring, and professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the intake nurse thoroughly explained the procedure and answered questions ahead of time.

Leading up to the procedure, I received helpful text reminders and clear instructions each day regarding the prep process, which made everything much less stressful. The care team was exceptional throughout the entire visit.

The nurses and doctor were kind, attentive, and reassuring. The doctor introduced himself personally before the procedure, and the staff made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Aftercare was also excellent, including coordinating my pickup and ensuring transportation safety before discharge.

This visit was handled with professionalism and compassion from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire care team for making what can be a stressful procedure such a smooth and positive experience.”
