“Update!: After getting in touch with the owner, she had another stylist take over and do my hair. I am so grateful for this angel named Janessa!! She absolutely killed it and saved my hair!! I can now walk around without looking crazy and she definitely got me closer to my inspo pics. She is also so very understanding and communicated extremely well compared to ig: @Dyevixen who just wants your money and doesn’t care to make things right. I would definitely go back to Janessa(ig: @hairdiaryofJanessa) because she is amazing at what she doesss and truly cares about your happiness.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to walk out with 5 different hair colors!! I was quoted $250-350 and end of session she charges me $520. I agreed to pay only because she said we would do another session to fix it and I assumed it would be included with that price but than she proceeds to tell me via dm that it will be an additional cost!! I tried to tell the stylist Dani about my concerns and she immediately got defensive and started to blame me. She told me i took 3 days to respond(which was the weekend and was trying to be considerate and also spend time with my family) and that she will not be making this situation right and proceeded to block me on ig. I will be filing a complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. I will also be submitting an sc100 as I have a substantial amount of evidence to back up my case.“
