I had a great experience at Elevation Spa for my hair spa treatment -- it was relaxing and I personally enjoyed it. The space itself is beautiful, spacious, and feels like a nice luxury experience. My friend who came with me said her service felt a bit rough and not as enjoyable, but she still said she would come back. I also brought my two boys (9 and 11) as a treat since they recently got an audition for a big movie and were really excited. They've had hair spa treatments before, so they were genuinely looking forward to trying this place. We actually drove over an hour to come here, so we were all excited for the experience. I really appreciated the front desk accommodating all of us, especially since they originally only had two openings. They made it work since my friend and I booked 120-minute services, which gave them time to fit the boys in. However, our experience with the kids didn't go as expected. My younger son has curly hair, and while I understand they asked if my kids were boys or girls because of his hair (which happens often), I clarified both are boys. After our services, I came out to find my younger son very upset. They had brushed out his curls and styled his hair into two buns, which caused his curls to become frizzy. Anyone experienced with curly hair should know you should never brush it out dry like that. The manager came over, saw him crying, and immediately acknowledged that it shouldn't have been done. She apologized and offered to rewash his hair, which I appreciated. However, when they attempted to fix it, they still dried his hair like straight hair, which I had to stop. At that point, I just asked them to leave it so we could handle it ourselves. Unfortunately, his curls were still not the same, and he was really upset. My older son didn't feel rushed during his service, but he also has curly hair and his hair was blown out as if it were straight, which shouldn't have been done. It didn't ruin his experience as much, but it was still disappointing to see. They originally charged $55 for each of the boys' services, but the manager did give both of them a discount, which I appreciated given the situation. At the time, I still wanted to tip, but the manager kindly told me it wasn't necessary since they weren't happy, which I respected. On the way home, I asked both of my boys how they felt overall, and they both said they didn't enjoy it. My younger son felt like his service was very short, and overall they just didn't have a great experience. It was honestly disappointing to hear, especially since this was meant to be a special reward for them. Overall, I personally had a good experience and I do appreciate the staff trying to make things right. The salon itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, so I would come back. However, based on the experience, my boys wouldn't want to return, and overall no one else in my group would come back with me. Overall I give them 4 stars because the manager made it better
Got my car detailed and honestly I’m so impressed. My car was a mess before and now it literally looks and smells brand new again. They paid attention to all the little details and didn’t rush through it at all. Super nice, professional, and easy to work with too. Definitely worth it and I’ll for sure be coming back!

Our lab loves staying with Bri when we go away. She runs to her house with excitement and has such a fun time. I wish we could always bring her on trips, but when we can’t I know she is safe here! Bri sends lots of pictures and videos too so you can check in on your pup. We were recently evacuated and Bri took our dog at a minutes notice, she made sure she was safe. Organic paws will always be my first choice for our girl!
I had a wall unit that was from the ceiling to the floor. Will, disassembled it, relocated it to another area and reassembled. This was a very complex job, but he was able to do it without any disruption or confusion. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very skillful.

I got my 3rd or 4th facial today feom this AMAZING place!! I LOVE every experience I have had coming. Today my facialist was Jua/Chua? Im sorry for misspelling but I have to say she gave a phenomenal masssage!! When you come here, they give a FULL experience that will not disappoint. I received a scalp massage and then a shoulder rub down with a rolling tool. And then she gave the MOST AMAZING anterior chest massage AND neck/back/shoulder massage. During the cool down process they give a leg massage as well with a compression device that feels medical grade. I am thoroughly in love with Dermaster as a whole and I have never had such wonderful service until I began my journey here. Thank you to All who work here to keep this place delivering the utmost care to their customers. I will he back next month ?

It Costs $100 to go and scrub. Everything was good except the floor mat in the women's shower room because my feet hurt walking barefoot on it. I guess my feet are sensitive, every step felt like I was walking on needles. Next time, I'll bring my slippers.

I went to see my usual stylist (Director Yub) at their new location (Style Box in Buena Park) for the first time today. The location is convenient and it's very clean, pretty, and fresh inside. Chris washed my hair and was very kind and attentive. He took extra care to make sure he didn't hurt my scalp or damage my hair when decombing it. Yub, as usual, understood exactly what I wanted for my hair and was so attentive to make sure it was perfect. He always spends extra time and care to style it perfectly paying attention to little details. I always love my hair after getting it done here.

I've been getting hair cuts all my life, every 2 weeks like clockwork, I've had good, excellent, haircuts and some hair cuts so terrible I had to wear hats or completely shave my head, I've scoured the areas looking for consistent cuts at places where the staff is friendly, place is clean, and appointments can be made with ease. I can say with confidence ever since graduating high school and being able to buy my own hair cuts this place has been the most consistent that have met all of my criteria over the past 15 years. Rarely I've ever had any issues, and if they were to occur, they are quickly addressed. The standard of care at this particular great clips is awesome and it has been upheld throughout these years and for that I'm grateful. I rate this place an A plus, and will be coming back as long as I'm in the area.
I can tell I made her feel like my 30 inches of hair was going to be a challenge, I went in there complex! I was scared from the jump! I showed her a pic of layers, mod cut, and middle part! She did a phenomenal job at 23.00! I am lowkey blind so I was seeing blurry images of myself in the mirror, then I began to feel like a foreign prince. I felt fancy! She initially recommended the manager to cut me, I also feel like the manager wanted to level up her employee to grow from these challenges. She did not disappoint and she delivered Hollywood style cuts to my life. I feel decent.

I stopped in at the 11th hour for a QUICK pedicure. I was treated like royalty. For a basic pedicure. My foot and leg massage by Phillip, and my pedicure was EXACTLY what ordered. Phillip and his lovely wife were very gracious. The music was soothing, and the atmosphere could not have served my needs better. Was referred to Shelly by a friend and my, oh my, she did amazing. Not only did the nails come out beautifully but they stayed on foreverr. The first photo is when I first had them done and the next photo is 2 months later. The gel wasn’t lifted even a slight bit. It’s almost been 3 months and I still have them on lol. Price was very reasonable and I can tell Shelly really cares about her quality of work as she did not rush at all and was really detailed. Thank you Shelly!

Paris Nails is excellent. I’ve been twice now for gel manicure/pedicure and a facial. All the employees are very kind and have the utmost attention to detail. They use demalogica products for their facials and it was extremely relaxing. I live in San Diego and wish I could come more often but I will make a point to get my nails done here when I am in town.

The best hair salon if you have short pixie hair. She has like more than 40 yrs experince. It's not expensive btwn 15 to 20. Walk ins are welcome. This was recommended by my work friend and now it's my go to. I have short pixie hair. Definately recommend. It's unisex. They give very good trims and cuts. 5 stars.

I went to Eugene Hair Studio for a men’s haircut, and Eugene did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the result — the cut was clean, stylish, and exactly what I wanted.

My parents and i left feeling refreshed. After the treatment, they blow dry your hair, as a curly-girly, i skipped the blow dry. however, they put a serum that smells amazing!! We had such a lovely first experience.

This was my first time getting lash extensions. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect but from start to finish, my experience was top notch. I reached out via Yelp messenger and got a reply almost right away. My questions were answered immediately and I was able to book an appt. Service was courteous and kind. When I arrived, Leena was ready for me and took me back right away. She answered all of my questions (again) and since it's my first time, she said she would do very natural "J" curl lashes. Her hands were gentle and steady, my eyelids were probably fluttery and the hardest part was not falling asleep. I'm sure I dozed off at least once! I will absolutely be back for retouches and would happily recommend Leena to anyone looking for lash services!

He took the time to explain everything and went out of his way to make sure everything was working and put back together nicely. He was there training his son and they were both incredibly courteous. This company is awesome! Thomas the owner himself came out and assessed the problem. Stated he had everything on the truck to do the repair right then and there. Less than 1 hour my water leak was fixed. And he even had time to reseal my toilet. Others had to schedule. Thomas handled it right away. 10 stars of I could.
Thrilled with the service and price from Ameri-Cal Repipe. We repiped a house during a remodel. They scheduled very promptly were in and out in a day. Nice staff, in the field and the office.

I requested a replacement for my Sub Zero refrigerator door the my tenant left some serious dents due to moving. The service technician came promptly once the new door arrived and completed the installation. However, he did not haul away the old door and instead left it in front of the house. This was very inconvenient because I am traveling, and I need to make separate arrangements, at additional cost, to have the door removed.
If haul away service was not included, they should have informed me beforehand. That way, I could have planned accordingly, either by hiring someone else for the full job or by arranging to deduct the removal cost from my tenant’s deposit. Since they are specialists in appliance repair, I think it is reasonable to expected them to handle or at least clearly communicate what would happen with the old part. Their failure to do so left me stranded with an extra burden and expense that could have been avoided with better communication.
UPDATES: I would like to acknowledge Dave for his professionalism and support. he kindly came by to help me remove smudges on the new stainless steel door cause by the factory plastic coverings. And he also assisted me with most of the cost from hauling away the old doors. I truly appreciate his sense of responsibility and his effort to make things right. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

The team was very quick to respond after I reached out about getting my carpets and area rugs cleaned. Samuel handled the cleaning and edge repair for my three rugs, and I appreciated having the same technician for everything—it made the whole process smooth and consistent. The edge repair matched the colors and patterns well, and the overall cleaning left my rugs looking fresh and bright. Samuel was also clear from the start about which stains might be tough to remove, so I knew what to expect. The service was professional, and they arrived when they said they would. After the cleaning, I noticed the border of my dining room rug had some waves, but Samuel explained this can happen after cleaning and that it should settle back to normal soon. I’ve already used their service several times for different rug cleanings, including an in-home cleaning for a carpet that’s installed, and I’m happy with the results each time. Great job overall!

They also provided prompt and helpful advice regarding termites instead of misguiding to inexperienced staff. We’ve since set up a long-term plan to maintain the perimeter of our home, and everything has been going smoothly so far.
Recently, we noticed flying ants, and although the first treatment didn’t completely solve the problem, they came back to re-treat without hesitation. Their follow-up service and commitment to getting it right really stood out.

Our lab loves staying with Bri when we go away. She runs to her house with excitement and has such a fun time. I wish we could always bring her on trips, but when we can’t I know she is safe here! Bri sends lots of pictures and videos too so you can check in on your pup. We were recently evacuated and Bri took our dog at a minutes notice, she made sure she was safe. Organic paws will always be my first choice for our girl!
Angie took care of our pup’s first grooming experience! Our baby is a 97lb German Shepard and he’s an anxious pup and especially vocal when near other dogs. We were super surprised to hear that angie trimmed his nails since his vet had so much difficulty last time they said he has to sedated to trim his nails. We’re super satisfied with the service. I procrastinated long enough, I purchased the intro sessions, scheduling was very easy. Parking is quick easy and secure. Movement Pilates is one of a kind, I arrived & greeted by Bomi my instructor. After some quick paperwork we were off the place is really clean, calming and welcoming. Bomi was very kind and took her time showing me basics and breathing work. I was very nervous but she reassured me every step of the way. I really appreciated her taking the time to show me things she sure has a lot of patience. While Dr. Kim is at the Orange County clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays (and treats patients at the Koreatown location on other days), we weren't able to see him directly. However, the receptionist welcomed us with incredible kindness. They even thoroughly explained the Medi-Cal benefits, letting us know that members are eligible for two oriental medicine treatments per month.
The clinic has multiple private rooms, accommodating both solo patients and couples. Since I came with my wife, we were guided to a comfortable double room. After listening carefully to my symptoms, they tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. We received acupuncture, followed by moxibustion (with a very detailed explanation of its benefits and careful warnings about the heat level), and finished with a relaxing massage. I truly felt a renewed sense of energy coursing through my body.
What stood out to me just as much as the treatment was the clinic's dedication to giving back to the community. The walls were filled with photos of their extensive volunteer work, including pictures with the U.S. President and various politicians, as well as their active outreach to other communities.

Amazing ?. I have received treatments there for postoperative pain and then HAD to bring my mom. They are attentive to every detail in your care and comfort. Hygiene care excellent. Comfort- excellent . They speak your language! English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese!. I left another popular business in the area because they wanted to impose there way of treatment on me and were rough, and painful ?, but it was more painful to feel unheard. BUT when I came here, they LISTEN to your needs, concerns, explain what and why they are doing and CARE. Great communication with you in making appointments, insurance care and/or payments - it is all made so easy. Wonderful all around service.
