The staff are very friendly, patient, and answered all my questions both in-person and through the phone. It was our first time here and they took us in the same day, 30 minutes before closing, and my puppy had his shots within 10 minutes! I went with their Puppy Package Deluxe and I think it's a great deal!

So far good despite all the bad reviews, haven't had any crazy experiences here and let's hope it stays that way! Dr V is great and knows exactly what she is talking about!

This is the first and only place I will bring our doggies. Bean had surgery for a cancer growth and is doing well. The Staff show the love they have for animals and that's a big plus. Dr explains everything in detail and you don't feel rushed out ever. The girls in-front have the best customer service and greet you and your pets. I can't say enough about VIP!!! 20 hearts out of a 10‍
