“Dr Berbos is an excellent Opthalmologist. I went to see him because I had some vision issues and needed to have my eyes dilated. He took great care of me, explained the issue I was experiencing (Vitreous eye detachment) and why it was happening to me. Sounds scary, but he explained how it’s very common as we age. He made several
follow-up calls to check in on me. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions.

I also had a routine eye exam with the Optometrist Dr Yang. I loved her expertise and kindness. She fitted me for contacts. Gave me two options which both make complete sense. She wants to see which one I feel more comfortable with for my monovision.

I am so thankful I found Dr Berbos and Dr Yang.

“The customer service at the Fullerton location exceeded my expectations and was unlike prior experiences I’ve had at other eye care providers. The gentlemen working that day noticed I was conflicted on which pair of glasses I should get. His insight was greatly appreciated, as it sped up my decision process. When checking out, the lady provided excellent customer service and was diligent when relaying detailed information. We also bonded on our personal style choice of glasses. Overall the customer service was harmonious and seamlessly easy.“

“Excellent service with detail examination and nice staff. Lacks designer frames and has smaller collection of European frames. Lens prices are a little higher than other locations for the same type of lens.
The services are excellent but I experienced a little delay due to logistical problems with glass delivery.“

“FYI! Dr. Mike has moved to Allred Family Eye Care down the street! OMG! I had no idea. Thankfully, I called the LOG phone number which transferred me to AFEC. First attempt was just before lunch, voice mail with greeting stating on odd address 1601 E Chapman... I hung up not knowing the true situation at this point. I tried again a few hours later at 330 pm. I confirmed my appointment but learned Dr. Mike's schedule is Tu-Th and he did join AFEC. The receptionist did tell me that I needed to change my appointment because it landed on a Friday. So I told her I'd call back after I reviewed my calendar. I was fortunate that I was going to be down in the OC area to have a get together dinner. So I called back to officially change my appointment to a Tuesday. I got the low down from the office manager at AFEC about Mike's move. But I won't spill it here. I hope Dr. Mike is happy with his new place. I'll definitely give AFEC a review as well in October.“
