“My house had a leak from outside of the main pipeline and backyard pipeline, which is a headache because the main pipeline is under the concrete, it would require to open the concrete to fix the existing pipeline which would cost a fortune. 4 plumbers came for an inspection and estimate, Nick is the only one who is professional to do full site inspection to check the leaks and can answer all my questions. In addition, he also provided a solution that doesn't require to open the concrete, which is to install a new pipe under the garden. Their quote is also at a reasonable price. On top of that, due to City inspector's requirement, they've also came 3-4 times for the repair in order to meet City's requirements. Most importantly, they always come and fix the problem promptly.
