“First time customer to Focalpoint since relocating to Fullerton. I came in to inquire about having lenses made for my new Oakley frames. I needed an eye exam as well and asked to make an appointment but I lucked out due to cancellations.I saw Dr. Chris Hsieh,super nice guy,easy to understand and talk with. He wasn’t in a rush,made sure I understood as much as I could about the health of my eye balls. The assistant that helped me thru the initial stages of the exam was really nice.Following the completion of my exam,I met up Rick to help me pick out the lenses for my frames I brought in. Rick is very thorough,he is a person who is passionate about finding the best lenses for you. He is who you want to deal with when it comes to something like this. Was pretty costly for the lenses but if they are as good as he says they will be,I’m sure they will be awesome.All in all I’m very happy with my experience at my new Optometry office. If my lenses come out as good as I believe they will,I’ll be a customer for as long as I live close enough to their office.“
