“I've been wanting to install a tankless water heater for some time now. I wasn't expecting my water heater to fail on me as soon as it did, but things happen. I went out and bought a tankless and then started looking for companies to do the install as that's the only way to preserve the warenty. I had three different companies in mind, but Innovative Radiant Heating was the company I went with more for the fact that they're local and I like to support local businesses. We talked, got a quote, and they showed up on time to do the work. They did a great job and were pleasant to talk to. Everything works great, and we're stoked. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of installation.“
“Darlene was such great help. I submit an after hours quote request online for a full HVAC installation and she gave me a call back within 30 minutes. We were able to discuss everything over the phone and she provided the quote the next afternoon. Was able to schedule the installation 2 weeks later and it took her crew 3.5 days to finish the installation. They started on Monday morning and finished Thursday morning. The crew was very respectful, professional and very tidy. They cleaned up after themselves each day. We had an issue where the AC wasn't cooling correctly on the first Saturday and I called them Monday morning and they came that day and fixed it, we have had it for a month now and everything is working great“

“We called D & K on a Thursday and Ron came the following day to check our AC as it seems like it wasn't blowing cold air. He diagnosed our system, replaced the schrader valves and added refrigerant. He was extremely professional, kind, friendly, mindful and engaging. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the AC unit. Ron gave my husband tips on making our AC not work harder such as using thinner filters, air purifier etc... He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system should work. An added bonus is that his price is very reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend D & K for your HVAC needs!“

“Ron and his team have been taking care of our two-zone hvac system since the original install 17 years ago. They have always been reliable, professional and skilled in their work, major and minor. The fan in our upstairs Trane unit failed, causing a cascade of issues. Other places just wanted to sell a new unit. He replaced the motor, burned controller, limit switch, and we're all good.“

“No kidding FIVE stars. Wish I could give more. They were friendly, prompt, professional, and just nice guys. We're a retired couple and they fixed us up on a rainy, cold winter's day within HOURS after our central heat stopped working right. The trouble was that even as quick as they were, the heater seemed to have fixed itself by the time they got here, and it is difficult to fix what isn't broken! They cleaned up some stuff, fixed a kinked hose, and charged us (no kidding) next to nothing for the service. Two days later, however, and the issue was back, only this time it was colder, rainier, and now we had no heat AT ALL! Oh no! Again, within hours they were at the door. This time, with the heater not working and error codes popping up, they knew exactly where to look. Turned out it was a simple fix. A cheap part they had in the truck. And, perhaps feeling bad they hadn't gotten it right earlier, they fixed it gratis. NO CHARGE. I can't say enough about them. Thanks Mark and Greg! Warm again!“

“Yes I had some problems with the installation of the Coleman furnace the space where the furnace was installed was a tight squeeze could not get to the light switch the turn off gas valve and the light bulb was touching the furnace so a technician by the name of Derek came and did a couple little modifications problem solved Derek is definitely a problem solver thank you“

“Was very helpful. I came in with a part to replace after talking to them for a minute we came to the conclusion that part of the problem I was having fixing my dishwasher is that the person who lived in the house before me did a hatchet job. I watched YouTube videos before coming in because nothing in the videos seemed the same as what I was working with. An inexpensive kit that was cheaper than the one I was trying to replace and my dishwasher is Happy“
